The staff, especially Jake, was incredibly helpful and friendly. the room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view of the city and planes landing. the location was perfect, within walking distance to Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy, and Balboa Park. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable beds and the overall ambiance of the hotel. It's definitely a place we'd consider for future stays with family. Overall, a wonderful retreat in the heart of San Diego!
